In June 2024, we marked a significant milestone with our first official paranormal ghost
tour at the iconic Hotel del Coronado. Stepping into this Victorian masterpiece is like
stepping back in time.​
Investigation Logistics:
As we are currently operating in an amateur capacity, we kept our equipment
streamlined for this initial walkthrough. We utilized a Foukwakc mini body camera for
constant visual documentation and a Sunlan digital voice recorder for audio
monitoring and EVP sessions.
Being transparent in this field is vital. After carefully reviewing hours of audio and video from the tour, we found that the outcome did not result in any immediately intriguing photos or anomalous audio. The environment was crowded, and the Sunlan recorder captured the expected ambient noise of a busy hotel rather than anything from beyond.
However, the lack of immediate "evidence" does not negate the intrigue of the site. The
Hotel del Coronado has a gravity that demands further exploration.
The tour was a wonderful introduction, but it highlighted the limitations of investigating in
a group setting. We are already planning a return visit to the Del within the next year, but
with a different strategy. Instead of a tour, we will be visiting as guests on a more personal
level.
By staying on-site, we will have access to a more isolated space where we can conduct more
intensive sessions without outside interference. Furthermore, we plan on utilizing more
appropriate, professional-grade technology to better capture the subtleties of the
environment. We are excited for this next chapter—stay tuned for further news and
